| Introduction | Samdani (Sam) Shaik-Möst is a Hatha Yoga teacher who received Yoga Teacher Training from the International Sivananda Vedanta Centers and certified by the worldwide Yoga Alliance. Growing up in India, he developed deep interest in the philosophy and scriptures of Yoga which he studied during Yoga Teacher Training. After earning a Masters degree in Engineering, he worked in Technology and Consulting for about 14 years and latest as a Director of a bank. In 2013 he quit his job and traveled the world for a few years to explore his life’s purpose and a deep understanding of self. He is now married to an Austrian and lives in Tirol. He strives to make his students understand Yoga so each of them can decide how they want to include Yoga into their daily lives. He is also working to make Yoga accessible and affordable to as many people as possible. |
