| Introduction | DJ Diablo aka Rebel I was a founding member of UK Rap Crew The Brotherhood and co produced the first 12 and EP for the group. He left them in the early 90's to pursue a DJ career which has taken him all over the UK, Europe and the World. Diablo was also a resident at the legendary London Hip Hop night "The Hop" alongside DJ MK and Shortee Blitz and was a resident guest DJ at the critically acclaimed "Gullyver" night. He has also played at big club events such as the Heartless Crew's "Female Skanker" raves. DJ Diablo is part of Roots Manuva's Banana Klan and in 2009 he joined long time friend DJ MK on the internet sensation The Funhouse a Radio/TV station with a massive cult following, where he did a regular weekly show & some classic live sessions until 2012. After a short break due to family commitments, he released several mixtapes and remixed the smash hit "For The People" by The Ragga Twins ft Seanie T. In 2015 he had a brief stint on Crackers Radio. Nowadays Diablo records regular Podcasts and mixtapes and has his own web broadcasting site Rebel Eye Radio. |
