About me

Introduction I've been running for 2 years in October 2011, pretty much from a standing and somewhat wobbly start. I started running by accident. No I wasn't running from the police despite the rumours. One day, whilst exercising off the 3 stone baby weight I'd accrued carrying my son, I thought "hey, I think I could run a bit of this instead of walking", and so I did. I believe anyone can run, it's just a matter of finding a pace and an environment that suits. So if I can inspire one person to get on some trainers and discover the chemical change that can happen to you when you pick both feet off the ground, my work is done. I'm just glad to be running.
