| Introduction | I grow what I love to eat and believe in eating for health. Never one for processed foods I make my own raw cider vinegar, a wide variety of fermented foods, nut and seed cheeses and sourdough breads. Over the last 10 years I have been on a quest to replace highly processed sugars. I use mainly home produced Yacon syrup, powdered apple and figs. I also use raw agave and dates but intend to replace much of the former with sorghum. |
