| Introduction | I am a bright, colorful, quite, loving, independent single Mommy to the most precious little girl I have ever known. I am a daughter, a sister, a mother, a friend, an artist, an introvert, an intuitive, an old soul with the heart of a child, a woman who still wishes on stars & thinks fireflies are magical, a searcher, a dreamer, and a spiritual being who mostly disagrees with the limitations and segregation found when placing myself in a Religious category. That being said, I am a daughter of joy & Grace …. God’s Grace, if you will, and I could only take this journey hand in hand with the God of my heart. I have met pain, and awoken in the night too dark for me to find my way by relying on my fragile “power” alone. I have been blessed beyond measure, sparred more than I’ll ever know, broken & stitched back together… lumpy in parts & smooth in others, and …..It is more than enough. This life, my life…. Our lives together, although not as I had imagined it to be, is more than enough for me. So, this is our blog. It is random & harsh, funny & sad, joyful & thankful; it is us and all the colors of who we are, as a family. Welcome to our journey….. |
