| Introduction | I come from a long line of creative women. More recently my grandmother, on my mother's side, successfully competed in juried art shows as an abstract artist. And although my mom got a degree in fine art, she didn't pursue it. Don't know why as we never had that conversation. I am primarily self-taught, and I have been focused on using acrylic paint for about five years. I am fortunate to have a brilliant artist (www.paintingtheearth.com) as my life partner, who helps me when I am a bit out of my element. His support means the world to me. |
