| Introduction | Hey guys, I'm Angel and I'm just a student living away from home. I started cooking for myself because of two main reasons:
1. I miss mommy's cooking (because we all know moms/grandmas make the best foods in the world ;) ) 2. Curiosity. I'd look at something and think " Hmm, can I make that myself? Will it be as good?" So yeah and one day I just decided I'm gonna document this! Well, I'm really bad at keeping diaries (forgetfulness and laziness being two biggest culprit here) and I'm on my laptop most of my waking hours so why not?
