Introduction Jeenal has been practicing Yoga since a teenager. From young age she got much interested by the path of Bhakti Yoga and started studying and applying this philosophy in her life. Also, being interested in health and wellness, she got herself qualified as a Personal Fitness Trainer in 2000. Since then she is actively training several clients with challenging history of obesity, diabetes, arthritis, hypertension and postural disorders, etc. She is also a certified Personal Counsellor from Heart to Heart Institute of Human Technology. She is a motivating counsellor for weight management, stress, anxiety, depression and other life problems. She has also been a successful trainer to clients for anti-smoking and an addiction-free lifestyle. She is herself a role model to her clients to lead a healthy, addiction-free life. Being attached to Yoga since teenage, she got herself qualified as a Yoga Teacher from The Yoga Institute which is the world’s oldest Yoga organization. She is now actively involved with The Yoga Institute where she teaches students about various concepts of Yoga with interesting conceptual games, relaxation techniques, kriyas, pranayamas and asanas.
