Introduction	I formed Polar Bear, Inc. in 1981 for the purpose of distributing automotive air conditioning parts to the aftermarket. It did not take long to realize that all too often the repair work was being done by technicians possessing minimal knowledge and skills. We quickly realized that if we were to successfully sell product we also needed to provide some degree of technical support. My solution was to develop a repertoire of specific questions and comments which were applied to every sale. This would encourage the purchaser to ask questions should he not be aware of the things we mentioned. This blog is an extension of that concept.
