| Introduction | Hello everyone! My name is Shandy. I am a writer, podcaster and all around cool person. I live in Phoenix, Arizona with my five finbabies (Daisy, Maizey, Paisley, Denver and Bob). When I am not watching my fish (finbabies) swim around I like to do pretty much anything outdoors and hang out with my two grown sons and my grandfurbaby, Cooper (my sons dog). I also like to travel. I am living with Bipolar Disorder. I was diagnosed in April of 2019 at the age of 48. Yeah. It took that long! I write a blog and host a podcast about living with this mental illness.
