Introduction	My name is Jopie, I'm 24 years old and living in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I have been depressed since my 10th (or perhaps longer.. I don't really know to be honest!). I have been to hell and back but since a few years I can say that I'm generally doing better. In this blog I want to write about everything that makes me happy to help myself become more aware of my own happiness and to try to help others pursue their own happiness. Some of the things that make me happy are: dressing up, making beautiful things (in the broad sense of the word - I make a LOT!), my cats, my friends and family, healthy food, flowers, sunny days.. I hope you will enjoy reading this blog as much as I hopefully will enjoy writing it. If you're depressed or not, I hope this blog will make you as happy as me and inspire you to take steps to live your own happy life. Love, Jopie
