Introduction	I graduated from The New York Restaurant School with a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. After graduating I wore many different hats including all front and back of house positions in restaurants and catering companies. I managed a specialty food store, performed live cooking demonstrations and worked in food sales. You name it - I did it. I also worked as a backstage caterer and had the opportunity to meet and work with many interesting people. Topping it all off, I own a catering business. My husband and I were blessed with two beautiful children - and they are now my most important audience.
