Introduction	Even though I've had a tough time of it until I found my current home, I am still the most loving boy evah! I am very, very happy to be in my current home where I'm kinda a big deal! My parents adopted me on December 1, 2005 from a persian cat rescue in Marysville, OH (www.persianrescue.net). When I came to the rescue via a shelter in Kentucky, I was completely deaf in both ears! Thanks to the wonderful vets who donate time to the Persian Rescue, I had 8 surgeries on my ears to correct the problem. I have one ear that is folded down permanently but I can hear fine, now! I think it gives me character. I live here with my brother, Pugsley, who you'll meet. He also came from The Persian Rescue via a shelter in Indianapolis. Even though I hissed at him the first day he came to live with us, now I love him! I might love him a little more than he loves me. Oh well. We are v. happy with our staff and get plenty to eat, sleep a lot and play ALL the time. I want other furry friends to find homes like Pug and I have. So I'm on a crusade to raise money for rescue organizations across the U.S. I hope you will join my cause! XO, Romeo
