Interests	Recently I have been interested in running however due to bad knees I am putting my half marathon goal on hold....he fully this diet will be the answer and i can take some pressure off of those knees of mine!

I take the orange wooly jumper off and just wear some cute shoes...maybe no one will notice haha...
