Introduction	Hi, I am Ange and I am a 24 year old student from Germany. In 2014 I´ve been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and since then I am trying to fight against it. My BMI was down to 12 and I spent 2 times about 5 -6 months in a clinic for eating disorders... Of course I have my ups and downs but in general I keep staying motivated and want you to do this, too. ;) On my blog "How Nutella saved my Life" I want to write about my daily life, experiences and feelings while I am fighting in my personal recovery from this ED. Why my blog is called like that? It is quite simple: In the most difficult time of being ill in July, I for the first time honestly wanted to start my recovery by eating something from my fear food list. And that was a heart-warming toast topped with Nutella. :) Since that day I personally started my journey back to becoming me again.. xxx Love ya
