| Introduction | As you can see above I’m Sheri. Hello. I am a foodie, a writer, a lover, not a fighter. I am someone who is always looking for what’s healthy for me. Being overweight and with a few health problems I’ve started this blog as a way to journal my journey in a very different way of eating. Ancestrally. My highest weight was probably about 380 pounds. Currently I weigh 330, but I’ve stalled doing diets the normal way. This is something no doctor but every foremother you ever had would probably recommend. |
