| Introduction | I am currently a real estate broker affiliated with Prudential California Realty. Together with my business partner Natasha, we service the entire San Diego market. I am also a Certified Public Accountant, and was a Vice President of Finance for major manufacturing companies during my former career. In between careers, I had been retired for 7 years. I have a love for travel, and have sailed aboard 30 separate cruise itineraries, set foot upon all continents with the exception of Antarctica (which is on the "short list"). I own a Porsche Boxster S - have owned several other Porsches in past years, enjoy scuba and snorkeling, and am a flight enthusiast. I relocated from the East coast 5 years ago to San Diego, and regret not having made the decision 20 years earlier. There is no better place to live in the USA.
