Introduction	Having done MSc in Public Communication Management from Stirling University in Scotland, United Kingdom through Chevening Scholarship and BA in Journalism from Kabul University. Had worked as Communication Officer at the Capacity Development Secretariat of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission CDS/IARCSC. Prior to that presented Pashto News on Afghanistan National Radio - Television and Ariana TV in Afghanistan. Had also worked for a number of national and international organization in administrative and other positions.
