| Introduction | I am 47....geez that is hard to believe!! I was a very "unfit / overweight" person until just about 2 years ago when I started my weight loss and get fit journey. Now I want to share my journey with others in hopes of encouraging them to 1. set goals and obtain them, and 2. get fit. To me, this is my way of paying it forward....several people in my life have been inspirations to my journey, now I want to do the same for others. |
