| Introduction | Val Fujii has always had a passion for Fitness. Being physically active playing various sports primarily tennis growing up on the Pacific Island of American Samoa, Val pursued certifications as a Fitness Professional with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a Teaching Tennis Pro with USPTA (United States Professional Tennis Association). Val has also competed as a bodybuilder. He continues his work and education by attending yearly seminars to stay abreast on Fitness and Tennis which has lead him to help many achieve their Fitness and Tennis goals. |
