Introduction	My name is Kevin W. Hardin. I have been involved in the mortgage industry since 1992. I have focused my career on compliance, regulatory and statutory issues for most of that career. I hold numerous credentials and I think upon completion of the FYLSX in CA otherwise known as the Baby Bar Exam I will have received every letter in the alphabet. I am a JD candidate and currently the subject matter expert for the law firm of Thomson Conant, PLC where as a Specialized Mortgage Paralegal, I am the Director of the Mortgage Mediation Group. I don't tell you this to impress you. I merely tell you this to impress upon you that I have worked very hard in my career to study the details of how it works and become an expert.
