Introduction	After nearly 30 years in the health service I am now a stay at home wife and mum to two growing boys. I have crafted in a variety of media since I was a teenager. I teach craft classes at Craftworld in Hillington, Glasgow putting into practice some of the many techniques I've picked up over the years
