| Introduction | The definition of “therapy” is any act, hobby, task, etc. that relieves tension. I am a mother of two small children, a wife, a friend, and an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. Taking some time to create and have fun is essential. I love being able to follow my passion and create anything that my mind can imagine.
