| Introduction | I'm originally from Mobile, and Nick is from Myrtle Beach. We both graduated with with B.S. degrees in Engineering, his: electrical from Univeristy of South Carolina, and mine: chemical from Auburn University We met in 2000 when I moved to Augusta to work at a nuclear power plant close-by. We both worked there about 4 years and eventually ended up at the corporate office in Birmigham, Alabama. I married Nick on June 17, 2006. We usually spend our spare time working on the house, visiting family in Mobile and Myrtle Beach, and planning vacations. We both miss living close to the beach terribly, and fare much better when our time is spent outdoors. When it comes to water, my interests lean more toward swimming, skiing, and basking in the sun, and Nick's interests are heavier on the fishing side. But we both love to go hiking, biking, and kayaking when possible. |
