| Introduction | So you've found your way to a blog about spiritual running. For me it isn't always overtly a spiritual experience. I had constructed many a Facebook status post on my runs and at the time of starting this blog also found myself in somewhat of a spiritual crisis. For instance asking myself the question: "What DO I believe?" So as I set out on my runs in January of 2012 I focused on my breathing, my posture, and my faith. And oh, the ice and snow so as to be able to continue to run . . . and blog . . . and breath in the spirit! I hope you enjoy. |
