Introduction	My name is Sai Natha Reddy, I am DATEDIFF(MONTH,'1987-06-09',GETDATE())/12 years old as of right now. I am currently employed with IBM India Pvt Ltd, Banglore . I have been working here since 2015. I’m an innovative all-rounder complete SQL Server technology with around 5 years of experience in managing all aspects of the MS SQL DBA ,Development related issues . I have involved in developing business logics for health care ,retail domains using SSIS , SSRS,SQL , T-SQL . Also experienced in Patches, Migration ,Up-gradations ,Performance issues including high availability concepts such as Log Shipping , Mirroring & SQL Replication.
