| Introduction | At 27 I married my love and we immediately started trying to conceive #1. Though offered clomid due to my PCOS, I did my own research and decided to take my time and ttc naturally. After 6 months of research and bfn's I decided to go on metformin, and 6 months later we were pregnant. I had a beautiful pregnancy, an amazing birth experience, and delivered my son early in 2010. We soon discovered he had severe food allergies, and he later developed asthma. Summer 2011 was dedicated to #TTC number 2. We got a bfp in November, and lost our 2nd child at 12 weeks on New Years Day. While still learning to live without my 2nd child we jumped back into the fertility game and became pregnant with our 3rd child. Please join me on my journey through food allergies, motherhood, pregnancy, and beyond. (Oh yeah, and we're a mixed race family. Is that even worth mentioning anymore?) |
