| Introduction | I am an Astronomer of amateur status I am 50, married with 5 children. I am very involved with Public Outreach when it comes to Astronomy. I also teach Astronomy merit badge for the Boy Scouts of America. I am currently a member and Vice President of the Cincinnati Astronomical Society where I serve as a presenter. I also serve as a presenter for the Cincinnati Observatory Center. In short, I love sharing my love of the night sky with people who might have never gotten a glimpse of Jupiter or the rings of Saturn or countless other grand eye candy. I love to hear that tell tale "Wow!!!" My Main Scope is an 8" Celestron CPC SCT. I go to at least two star parties a year.Sometimes more if wife and funds allow :) |
