| Introduction | In 1991, my family and I migrated to the United States from the Philippines. I have worked in various industries, from restaurant to retail supermarket. In spite of adversities in my life, I managed to climb up the corporate ladder working for a Fortune 500 company and eventually started my own business in 2005. I am currently a Social Work and Psychology Major student working on becoming a Licensed Counselor / Therapist post Masters in Social Work and eventually pursue my PhD in Clinical Psychology. |
