| Introduction | I am a curious person who likes to think deeply about things that don't often seem that deep. I also contemplate the things that are actually deep. I can allow my curiosity to take me down paths that inspire me to write in order to collect my thoughts to better articulate them later in conversations. Most people who know me know I have trouble keeping it short, and I'm aware of that as well. So I have tried very hard to come up with ways to edit my thoughts to smaller serving sizes. It is that desire, to be more concise, that led me to be so intentional with my note taking. Writing down ideas, questions or things I thought would expand a conversation in a more meaningful way. Often my notes would lead to a learning experience that could be practically applied in certain setting, which made me realize I like to write, with a purpose in mind. So here I am, deciding that my one drive shouldn't be the only place to hold my work. This is for me, but I hope you enjoy it as well. |
| Interests | I like to write, I keep a notebook on me! I love a good Bible study, I enjoy attending any event at my church and fellowship with my church body. I really love a long bike route that takes me through both the city and trails. An adventure on my gravel bike that allows me to enjoy exercise with a changing landscape and creates an appreciation for how amazing everything around us truly is. Of course I like to watch sports, exercise, all of the usual man stuff. But more than anything I love spending time with my wife, taking my kids to cross country practice, doing homework with the girls and being with my family. |
| Favorite movies | Forrest Gump, Twelve Monkeys, Troy, any saga like LOTR, Hunger Games, huge fan of Horror Movie franchises. |
| Favorite books | The Bible. and I found a book that someone left on a curb by a dumpster while I was taking out my trash in an apartment complex that was fantastic. It was "The Religion" by Tim WIlcox. Just those two, all of the other good ones have a movie, I'll just watch the movie. |
