| Introduction | My name is Marco, I am Italian, but I have been living in Luxembourg since 1996. In 2011 I completed the course "The Art of Photography" at the Open College of Arts and in 2013 the second module "Digital Photography Practise". In 2014 I enrolled to "People and Place", the last module of the Level 4 of the BA (HONS) in Photography. I have always been very interested in arts. In 2009, I discovered my love for photography thanks to a photography workshop held by the Magnum's photographer Antoine D'Agata. I like so much photography's direct and powerful way of communication. I feel the art of photography free from the boundaries of written language (I live in a country where nobody understands the language I write) and it fulfils my need of artistic expression and communication of feelings. Eventually, I would like to build my own personal style; everybody's unique way "to look" at things and not only "to see" them. I am sure I will be able to reach these goals with hard work, determination and, above all, having fun with my camera. |
