| Introduction | I LOVE to cook! I have always kept a written journal of my cooking experiences. A friend of mine has a fantastic cooking blog that has inspired me to create one of my own. Here, I will include a variety of foods as well as cooking methods. I have taken 3 cooking classes: Tuscan Cooking, Modern Cooking and a cooking class as an undergrad at SCSU (I minored in nutrition.) I have favorite recipes from each class that I will post on this blog. Most recipes are taken from somewhere (a cookbook, class, cooking show, friend or relative.) I like to experiment with existing recipes and make them my own. I have just started to make my own baby food for my son. I used to make treats and food for my dog. I haven't done that in awhile (poor Lucy.) I will try and post the pooch recipes too. I thought this blog would be the perfect way to chronicle my food creation experiences. |
