What better way to show care than to create delicious, eye pleasing, mouth watering food to share with friends and loved ones. Since “You are what you eat,” I like to start with the freshest and healthiest ingredients. After all, I have a nutrition degree. As you can see, I love to bake, so healthiest in this category means few artificial ingredients, substituting wheat flour where possible, honey verses sugar, etc. – You get the picture. Whether I am cooking, writing recipes, dreaming of new yummy creations, or just eating a delicious meal, I am always thinking about food!
