Favorite movies	Did you know that the human eye can not distinguish between sixteen images per second and actual movement? Not only that, these "moving pictures" can be inspiring; though I like to think that my "favorite movies" are ones that expanded my sense of how the universe conducts business -- like Lost Highway. But then again, I can't deny the way I felt at twelve years old watching Terminator 2 and thinking, "This rocks. The world as we know it will be destroyed on my eighteenth birthday." After childhood, the machines take over. And I'm the only one who knows, and no one will believe me. Also, The Jerk.
Favorite music	Historically, I am coming out of a relationship with the funk. MJ, the JB's, Parliament can move and remove. The desired effect is what you get. I've more recently been getting back into rock -- tho my love has never waned for Jimi, Led Zep, or Frank Zappa, it has very recently been extended to a number of new bands, like Wilco. I never knew all that before. And Morphine, and the Velvets, of course, and hip-hop, and reggae. And I love jazz. Sorry for not saying that earlier.
Favorite books	Umm... I'll answer that later.

What's the earliest you've gotten up to watch cartoons and what did you see?

I watched the test signal til a puppet show whose theme echoes in my psyche’s recesses. Once, raccoon fought pheasant in my backyard - maybe a dream?
