| Introduction | I teach philosophy at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. I earned my PhD in classics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1986, and my PhD in philosophy from Duke University in 1996. I also serve as a Deacon for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Steubenville, Ohio. |
