| Introduction | As a child growing up in the south I felt the presence of God in my life and had an intense spiritual interest in Christianity. At about age 13 life changed and I began my journey in and out of the world. At 17 I was pretty much in and of the world. I wandered about in the world for the next ten or so years. At 26 I started to seek God. I began making changes ... tough ones... in my life. In July 1984 I fully committed my life to Christ in obedience to His word, confessing that I believe He is the Son of the living God, who came in the flesh, died for our sins and rose again on the 3rd day, all my prior sins were washed away in baptism, arising from the water to walk in the new life as His new creation and disciple. I have stumbled many times along the WAY, but He has been faithful to forgive me when I repent and He helps me get up and continue the daily walk, teaching me more and taking me deeper into obedience to His will. I love my Lord Jesus, because He first loved me. I want to hear my Savior say on the Day "well done my good and faithful servant" |
