| Introduction | Camped out in the capital city, the wokless nomads are on a mission-- appreciate and discover new foods while always striving to master the mysteries of sedentary life: "the kitchen". Although we pay our bills when leaving restaurants, the nomads "pillage" the wet market every Saturday for the choicest cuts and freshest veg. These two peripatetics will be better known to you as The Camel and The Slow Chopper. Together, we'll scour the streets for unique Beijing flava. We'll rack our brains to recreate the dishes of our childhood. We'll experiment with new styles and discover new ingredients. |
