Introduction	Furthermore, "Cargotopia" touch on a number of issues connected with the seafaring world such as hierarchies in commerce, and social-cultural differences between traditions and visions - all in the spirit of replacing exploitive dynamics with sustainable and shared collaboration.
Interests	However, as "Cargotopia" is being created through the joint social and political activists, working of schools, cultural institutions, individuals, artists and civil society organizations, the project will provide everyone involved - those at sea, and those on land; artistically and socially committed people - with new contacts and possibilities.
Favorite movies	The focused method of experiential education joins up the elements of nature, education and community. The success of this method is based on the fact that the effectiveness of an educational approach does not depend so much on its duration or regularity, but rather on its intensity. Sometimes a short period spent at sea or rise an art project can have a greater effect than years of educational effort or theoretical teaching.
Favorite music	At sea discipline, responsibility, communication and good use of resources are concrete and understandable preconditions for a good and safe voyage, and no longer abstract and enforced demands. The ship constitutes a microcosm where everyone depends on each other, thus making the effects of individual social behavior a direct experience for everyone. Conflicts that build up have to be deal as there is no possibility of escaping them. For many young people who used escapism as a way of conflict "resolution" the situation on board constitutes a new experience of how conflicts can really be resolved, and it provides a steep learning curve within processes of group dynamics. Rules and hierarchies on board a sailing ship are experienced as a necessity arising from the agreed journey destination and the natural forces at play around the ship at sea. Limits are no longer experienced as arbitrary, or as unnecessary power games but as natural as they arise from the situation aboard and from the natural forces at sea.
Favorite books	The project “Cargotopia” combines the educational/therapeutic aspects of a shared sailing trip with artistic community processes. With artists and young people travelling or living together it is possible to create artistic works and projects. These collaborations should emerge voluntarily and without any obligation on the participants’ part. All young people voyaging would be able to participate in the whole creative process of a certain project, from inception to planning and implementation. This will allow participants to train collaborative, social, and craft skills. These highly transferable skills will be useful for them not only for possible later creative work, but will also help them to develop a more creative and open attitude to life as a whole. The artistic work will be the linking point between the microcosm of the ship and the ports the ship calls in at. Through these initiatives it will be possible to create a network with local cultural institutions and initiatives, thus furthering links and exchange between people who travel and people who live in fixed abodes.
