Introduction	I'm a writer, have been since before I could actually write words. I would take construction paper and magazines and make up stories through collages and my mom would then write my words down. I think the first thing I ever wrote was about some pigs. I self published in 2001, The Storm Before My Calm, and was less than thrilled with the process. This began a loooong bout with writer's block. I'm currently working at a school in the business office, and also part-time working with children that have special needs. I'm set to start grad school (MSW)Fall 2011. I hope to be a prolific writer/publisher throughout my life, whether that is in print or not is really up to the powers that be. I plan to start this blog to further my writing career and to connect with people.
