| Introduction | Mommyhood is an amazing journey, much in the same way health is. My hope is to document here my success, struggles and thoughts on both. After growing up in a house where health, clean eating and athleticism were not encouraged as much as I would have liked or needed them to be, I hope to document here my efforts to inspire and be a positive role model to my amazing daughter, Reese.
