Introduction	I am the editor of SchoolArts Magazine, published for art educators since 1901 by Davis Publications. I am a contributing author for Explorations in Art, Davis Publications’ elementary textbook series. I am also the Director of the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, and the NAEA Elementary Director. My teaching experience covers all grade levels from kindergarten through graduate school. I am here writing for my like-minded compatriots, aiming to share your world of art education by providing timely art news; entertaining or thought-provoking artists, ideas, stories, and issues; professional opportunities for you; and project and lesson ideas and exhibition possibilities for your students. I am available for workshops and presentations that can be specifically designed to meet your needs. I have given keynote presentations at the Alaska, New Mexico, Arizona, Idaho, Arkansas state conferences.
