| Introduction | I'm a mom of 8 who loves her family and loves to cook. Trying to feed the family right with french fry lovin' kids (okay, so we're fairly new to this really eating right thing!)is a bit of a challenge, but I'm determined that they'll leave the nest one day healthy and happy. My husband, though, is a WONDERFUL taste tester for all my "experiments" and after a juice fast, is on the healthy, whole foods bandwagon with me...here we go...should be a lot of fun! |
