Introduction	After Graduating and being clueless about what I was gonna do with my life for about 6 months EFS Training Center came along and along with it CrossFit. Thank God for that. Now I am a strength trainer at EFS Training Center/CrossFit El Paso. Received my CSCS in December 06. Received my Level 2 Crossfit Certification in September 08. Now furthering knowledge in all specialty fields of CrossFit. I eat, shit, sleep, and bathe this stuff. Needless to say I LOVE CROSSFIT
