| Introduction | My name is Paula Steers Farese but I've been known as "Muffin"- a nickname given to me by my father- since I was 2 days old. I am an attorney, wife and mother of 3 young children. After practicing law 7 years in the area of general civil litigation, I elected to stay home full-time to be the primary caregiver of my young children. My experiences as a stay-at-home-mother provided me unique personal opportunities and insight. Now that all my children are pre-school age I am eager to re-visit my legal career and work outside the home. No one ever told me how important MY individuality is to being a good mother & wife. I continue to define my role as a woman who mothers, and one who is interested in working outside the home. My sister & I write about various issues of motherhood & marriage for fun, and with the hope that other parents will get a laugh--God knows we need it! |
