Introduction	Gabriel On Zhen Yue, born on 14th June 2011 in Tokyo Japan. The light of our lives & precious gift from God. Our lil angel. He was diagnosed with Down's Syndrome and has a congenital heart defct called Pulmonary Atresia with Ventral Septal Defect. This is the difficult journey the 3 of us must take, but with God, all things are possible and in Him we will trust. We welcomed Gabriel`s lil bro, Lucas On, on 7th January 2014. With these 2 cuties, our journey will be interesting & challenging...welcome to our world!
