Introduction	Hy! I have been raw vegan for almost a year now. So far so good. I feel better and better every day. My health is better, my skin is better, I have more energy than ever before(usual raw vegan things) I am into body-building and weight training. I also run a lot and even compete. I love hiking(50-100km) I love every kind of sports. I love nature, and my goal is to help preserving it as it is.
