| Introduction | Non Linear solutions for change management. In the past linear era we have been able to exploit and amortize the economic value of a new idea or product for a reasonable length of time. Today in this nonlinear era every new product/service or even knowledge has a very short shelf life. Almost all added value is credited to intangibles like creativity, innovation and diligence. Services are intangibles that now control GDP of nations. These intangibles must become measure able and must have processes and templates. that is the focus of research and development. |
