Introduction	I’m generally a very positive and optimistic person and I feel very blessed to feel that way. I’ve had some great experiences and opportunities in life and look forward to more in the years to come. It's all these things that have shaped me and bbcenabled me to inspire and motivate others. I value truth, integrity and being authentic and believe if we speak from the heart we cannot be wrong. I love people, especially the wonderful women I walk with and work with and the many fabulous individuals who have become part of my life. I use my experiences in management, training, personal development and coaching to help women who own small and medium sized businesses to put in place the systems that will allow them to maximise their organisation and efficiency and so lay those firm foundations which allow their businesses to grow. I use my walking, as a tool to take them away from the environments and people that often cause the stress and angst and in doing so give them the space and time to think more clearly and widely. This usually leads to accessing their creativity and thinking so they can plan and develop strategies and this can be done alone or with their teams.
Interests	I love walking, the East End Girls, travel, sunshine, photography, film, food and wine, the sea, my husband, daughter and friends
