Introduction	is an international organization currently activating in Galati area (south-east of Romania), operating two private dog shelters, the only shelters existent for an estimated number of 20,000 homeless animals. ROLDA proudly affiliates with Romanian League in Defense of Animals (501-c-3 US charity).
