Introduction	Syafrizaldi has 10 years experience in integrated natural resources management in a variety of fields including social forestry, protected areas management, and decentralized-natural resources governance, environmental services, integrated watershed management, public campaign and advocacy, community organizing, also institution and human resources development issues. Syafrizaldi also experiences working in a variety of sectors (environmental NGO’s, government, and bilateral aid projects) throughout Indonesia, with primary focus on facilitation of multi stakeholders in tackling difficult natural resources management issues. Syafrizaldi has been facilitated 77 workshops and train 30 trainings in variety issues since 2002. Syafrizaldi has a strong communication, leadership, mentoring and evaluation, writing, supervise, facilitation and training skill and also committed to sustainable community development.
